I did my state taxes but it tell me that its cant be filed

What state?   A lot of state forms are not yet available for filing.   Did you already file the Federal return?

hawaii,and i receive ssi disability so no i dont file fed any more

Most Hawaii state forms will be available when the website/program updates on 1/20/2017.

If a Federal return is not efiled and accepted, you cannot efile a State return by itself.  So if you are filing State only, it will have to be printed, signed, and mailed.
