No one in the user forum can connect you to your ""Live" expert who assisted you with 2025.  The "Live" experts do not help with past year returns.  But you can try contacting them if you want to.

Yeah, I was suppose to receive an email from her. Nothing. Can't access the two messages she left for me because - fix the problem of the chat immediately disappearing as soon as you file.  Also, keep getting an email that she sent me a message and even have a pop up when I log in. Nothing. This negates the whole experience I have had with Turbo Tax. Please tell me I'm not the only one with this problem.
