I'd like to file today but am waiting on a second W-2 or 1099 from a part-time job (earnings very low). Can I file now and go back to add the form later?

No. Once you file, you cannot add the forms to your filed return.

You would have to file an amendment which is more complex than just waiting for your income documents before filing.
