I completed my taxes today and e-file. I owe $3091 and plan to pay by 05/17/2021. However, turbo tax estimated quarterly payments of $1104. Should I pay Est. Taxes

it really depends on your situation for 2021 and whether whatever caused you to owe so much on May 17 repeats itself.

you are under no obligation to pay what is on those coupons or pay estimates at all (but there can be interest penalties for owing so much)

I submitted my taxes and owe and will pay 5/17. However, I see that there is a credit/extension for a portion on Unemployment benefits. How do I correct this in Turbo Tax or will the IRS correct?

If you completed your return and e-filed today TurboTax has already updated and includes the new provision for the exclusion of up to 10,200 of unemployment benefits for taxpayers with less than $150,000 of income.

On your copy of your tax return you can look at line 8 of your schedule 1 to see any subtractions for Unemployment income.

If for some reason you qualify for the exclusion and it is not showing on your already filed return, the IRS will make that correction for you and refund the difference.  You do not need to amend.

I submitted my return before the unemployment exemption was approved. My total income including unemployment is a $161,000. I assume that I do not qualify for the exemption but was not sure if the unemployment should be included in the income calculation. If so, then I do not qualify? If not, then I do since my income drops to about $130,000.

the determination of the $150,000 occurs without regard to the unemployment, so you would be eligible.

IRS guidance is to do nothing (i.e. no amendment) as they say they have the information to figure this out.

just say tuned and wait to hear from the IRS.

The IRS has issued information  about this for people who have already filed. You do not need to do anything and payments for the difference in taxes due will begin to be sent out  in May.
