I completed my regular return, discovered I mistyped my SS

Go back to My Info when using the TurboTax online editions or Personal Info when using the desktop editions.  Edit your information and correct the SS number.

Noting has been filed since tax year 2020 is not completed and the e-filing of a 2020 tax return cannot be done until early January 2021.

For 2020?  Go back to My Info and fix it.  You cannot file your 2020 return yet, so you have the chance to edit and correct mistakes.

Or do you mean you used the wrong SSN on an earlier year and the return was filed already?

Thanks for your response!  And for some reason, the rest of my question didn't make it.

I was referring to 2019 taxes. I noticed the error too late, so I completed an amended return. I mailed both my regular return with the incorrect SS# and the amended return with the correct SS# (1040x).  

I'm just getting a little impatient for the refund denoted on my regular return. How much longer should I be prepared to wait?
