I completed and filed my taxes via the PC software, but the website and phone app still shows as "In Progress" and doesn't reflect that I e-filed. I used the same login.

I purchased the PC software, did my taxes, and filed. I used the same email address and login for the software as I normally do online. I e-filed and sent my taxes to both Federal and State. However, the website and app on my phone both show my taxes as incomplete an In Progress. Why isn't is showing as filed?

If you used the desktop software, it is independent of the online version of the software, and the status will not update on the app or on the website if you used the desktop version.
