I closed my business in 2005 but i still pay for storge to hold paperwork do i still can claim past storge fees

I cloosed my business in 2000 i didnot file a tax yet can i claim the storge fees that i paid every year since 2000 .

No, if there have been no business operations since 2005 to claim expenses against, this would be a personal expense and would not be deductible.
