I clicked the wrong box that said did you receive income from a country outside the usa. How to I change it to I recieved my wages from the US?

Go back to the foreign income section and make sure all references to any documents with foreign income have been removed from your return.  

Sign in to TurboTax and select Take me to my return.

Click and search for foreign income.

Click the Jump to link in the search results.

Answer NO to Did you Make any Money Outside the U.S.? 

if you need to Delete the Form, follow these instructions - Delete Forms
