I clicked on pay with refund and it says I don't have enough to cover I thought the deluxe was 59.95?

I am getting a small refund just under 100 but it
 says my refund won't  cover it?

With the Deluxe version, there is a fee for your Federal return, plus a fee for your state refund. The Refund Processing Service (pay with your refund) has a fee as well. The refund would need to be able to cover all three fees.
