I claimed my son on my insurance for 2018. It was through the marketplace. what do I do when it asks about his and my health insurance on his taxes and mine?

You will report the information about yourself on your tax return.

He will use the information from your Marketplace statement on his tax return.

It is not uncommon for tax form 1095, reporting health insurance, to cover multiple tax returns.
