Go back to Personal Info, under Dependents, you can delete her off your return.

If you are the taxpayer that should be claiming your daughter (as opposed to whoever claimed her), you can still include her on your tax return. You would need to file by mail and claim her as you normally would. Your tax return would be processed as normal and whoever it was that erroneously claimed her would need to file an amended return to remove your dependent. Just because someone already claimed her does not prevent you from claiming her if you are in fact entitled to do so.

If your daughter or someone else is entitled to claim her, then you should remove her from your tax return and resubmit your return for e-filing.
