I claimed my disabled adult danger as a dependent and they dropped her from all her Medicaid services. I had no idea that would happen. How to remedy assistance?

The IRS defines a permanently and totally disabled adult as someone unable to engage in any substantial gainful activitydue to a physical or mental condition that has lasted or is expected to last at least 12 months or result in death. A physician must certify this condition, which prevents working for pay or profit. If your child doesn’t meet this requirement and earns more than $5,200 you cannot claim them.
