If the dependents are your minor children, you must include the form on your return (as well as their own, if they are required to file.) If they are not your minor children you may allocate the policy in any way that you choose, but if your name is on the 1095-A at all, it must still be on your return, even if the allocation of premiums and credits to yourself is zero.
It isn't possible to know the effect that reporting will have on your tax return without entering the data. The reconciliation of any credits can either increase or decrease tax due/refund amounts depending on a wide variety of circumstances.
if the 1095-A is in your name, you have to include it on your return. failure, and it will continue to be rejected. Mail and the IRS will send you a notice requesrting 1095-A/8962. If the 1095-A is in error, contact the marketplace so they can issue a corrected 1095-A. However, by the time it is issued, 4/15 will pass. You may need to file an extension and if you owe pay in full by 4/15 to avoid penalties and interest
