I claim my son as a dependent, because he is a full time student. If he is 19 and worked during the summer can I add his W2 to my joint filing or does he file separate?

No, you would not include his wages on your tax return. He would need to file his own and indicate that he is being claimed as a dependent under the Personal Info section.
