I claim my girlfriend as a dependent but the program keeps putting her down on my insurance but she is not covered, only me and my sons, how can I delete her

I have tried to delete her from the form but it will not allow me to do that, how can I delete her.

I made changes where I marked myself and my son as the only ones on the insurance and took the marks off her name but when I was printing the forms it showed her as being under my insurance.

I realized that it did the same thing last year so now I'm going to have to file an amendment for that issue as well.  Please help.

To delete her as a dependent, go to My Info, Dependents.
