I chose upgrade to see what it would offer but did not like the choices and now it won't let me remove it or clear and start over. What can I do?

It says I have a registered account. As I stated, I cannot clear and start over. It just sends you in an endless loop. Great, way to trap people into paying or going to TaxAct or something.
