I chose for the filing fees to be deducted from my refund and i chose to file e file . Is their an additional fee?

Additional $34.99 fee charged --- That is a totally OPTIONAL service you opted to use to have your fees deducted from your refund.

Use your credit card instead.

There are at least 2 different screens that ask you to confirm you opted to use (and pay for) that service.
