That is entirely your choice, and I would be happy to help you with getting that accomplished.

When the state section pops up look for the option "I'll work on this later" then finish to file

If you have already started your state it's still not too late to delete that. You will have to do the step above after deleting the state file. Then you can file your state any way you would like, by hand or using TurboTax and filing by mail, you can even E-file your state at a later time.
