Leave the columns blank (empty) for the months that you did Not have Marketplace Insurance.

Delete the Form 1095-A.  Do not import the form, enter it manually.
Click on Tax Tools.  Click on Tools.  Click on Delete a form
Then click on Federal on the left side of the screen.  Click on Health Insurance.  Enter the 1095-A
