I cant file my taxes because TurboTax says i have to file my federal taxes by mail because theres an issue with the 1040 form (i dont understand), help?

It says:
Lets make sure everything is accurate.
Theres a couple things on your federal return that need fixing.

Then it shows me two options: File By Mail and Fix Federal return, if i choose Fix Federal Return it says this:
It looks like you have a tax situation in your federal return that makes it ineligible for e-filing acording tO IRS rules.
All of the followng lines of Form 1040 have a zero value
Line 6 - Total Income
Line 7 - Adjusted gross income
Line 11a - Tax
Line 11 - Total tax before credits and other taxes
Line 12 - Total Credit
Line 15 - Total Tax
Line 18 - Total payments.

And only shows me continue, i press it and it takes me back to "lets make sure everything is accurate"
 again.

If I choose File By Mail, it loads for 2 or 3 seconds and takes me back to the filing choises.

Well you can't efile a return with zeros on it.  What income did you enter?  If you only get SS or SSDI or ssi it is not taxable and you don't need to file a return. Why do you want to file?

You can try entering $1 of bank interest (make up a 1099Int) and that should let you efile and not affect your return.

My income was 0 because I didnt work, so, i dont have to file?

Right.  You do not have to file.

what if you have foreign income? im having the same problem as this person.

@myjakk IF you are a US citizen with foreign income you are absolutely required by law to file a tax return (even though you probably won't owe taxes on it).  If you earned zero dollars in income in a foreign country well, then, the same answer as above applies.  You don't have to file.  Unless you're doing it to get the stimulus payments.
