I cant click on the "check option" what should i do?

Im trying to get my tax refund as a check because i dont have a bank account. But its not letting me, what do i do?

Did you select the option to have the fees deducted from your refund? You can only do that using Direct Deposit. Otherwise you have to pay the fees with a credit card first.
