I cant acess my turbo tax account and i lost my card, i tried calling customer service no help just a computer need help

My CD which I purchased  from Office Max does not load up. My CD changer might be in operative. Where do I go from here.

What is your phone number to call? My CD does not load up. Can I download instead using my License Code?
