I cannot use my credit card to pay bill; an error message keeps coming up.

I live outside the US. Do I need to use a US address in the personal section before I can make the order?

I regret that TurboTax only takes credit card with U. S. billing address.  If you are trying to use a credit card with the U. S. address, these are the steps that you need to go through to get the credit card to work:

1. The Personal Information needs to be the U. S. address that the credit card has.

2. After the credit card charge goes through with the U. S. billing address. 

3.Go back to the Personal Information.

4.Change the address back to the foreign address that you have now.

This will let you charge the TurboTax fees to the U. S. billing address and still have the foreign address for your Personal Information.
