I cannot review my options for filing I get a blank page. Please advise

You may save and sign out of your return, and sign back in. Once signed back it, when you click on Take me to my return, it should take you to where you left off.
If the previous solution does not resolve the solution for you, save and sign out again and close the TurboTax window. Once that's done, clear all cache and cookies from your browser then hopefully when you sign back in, the issue should be resolved.
Lastly, if the previous solutions does not assist you, it may be the browser overall that's giving this problem. Save and sign out if you haven't already done so, and sign back in using a different Internet browser.
