I cannot file CA tax return after I file the Federal Tax Return (IRS already accepted the fed tax return). I was going thru the review process.  After I saved the return, it broght me to the Rating screen.  The CA tax return transmitting process did not show up.  Why? And how to fix this? I use 2025 Turbo Tax Premier desktop version

You will need to go through the state interview section again and then proceed with filing your state return.  This will ensure you answer any state specific interview questions so your state return is filed accurately.
