I can't type my SS # or my employee #
Why? What happens? Are you on a computer with a keyboard and number keypad? Is the number lock on?

I can't type my SS # or my employee #
You may need to clear your browser's cache and delete the cookies stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.
