I can't submit my 1095-A form without getting a message to fix the error. I can't figure out the error. any help?

Information from 1095-A has to be submitted just as indicated on form.  The first error I experienced that had to be addressed is that I entered zeros in columns B and C because zeros were on the 1095A form for these columns.  For column B which is the SLCSP (second lowest cost silver plan) I had to visit my healthcare.gov account, selecting my existing application, choose tax forms and review the info on 1095A.  Ultimately there is a tool on the account that computes the SLCSP for you.  I called the marketplace and got confirmation of how to get the SLCSP.   Enter that info into the turbo tax column B.  If errors still exist with Column C remove/delete the zero entries and leave blank.
