I can't proceed to file my taxes because it requires me to complete form 8839. I have no reason to file out. How do I fix the error?

You can delete the form

Sign into your account and go into the return

Open the “Tax Tools” drop-down on the left side bar

Click on “Tools” on that drop-down

Click Delete a form (the third one down) on the “Tools Center” screen

Scroll down and click “Delete” next to Form 8839

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post
**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"

I deleted the form but it’s still wanting me to fill it out in review!

ive logged out and back in - the form is no longer in drop down forms but it is still trying to force me to fill it out in review. Help?
