I can't pay 64.00 to efile my state taxes. How do I print them..and pay for premium ?

Are you u sing the Online web  version?  The fees are to prepare the returns whether  you efile or print and mail.  You have to pay  the state fee even if you print it.  If you are using a paid version for the Federal return you have to also pay for state.  

To not pay for state now you can delete it. You can add it back again later if you want.
