Sounds like something got stuck. You can try these things:
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.
I believe they're referring to the desktop version, not online. I'm having the same issue with TurboTax Business 2025, and there are at least three other threads with this same problem:

Nobody has reported finding a fix.
It appears to be a bug in the TurboTax software that needs to be resolved ASAP. Business taxes are due in March.
We anticipate many updates being released on February 13, 2026. Because updates are released after business hours Pacific time, we recommend waiting until the day after to work on your return again.
Note that TurboTax Online is automatically updated after midnight on form release dates. TurboTax for Desktop is updated when you first open the program.
