If you have a single broker for multiple accounts, when selecting to import another account for the same broker:
Clear cache and cookies and then search for your broker. This should allow the screen to input account information and import the data.
If you get two accounts / statements close to the same time, log out of the brokerage site after importing the first one and wait to start another import session.
I couldn't enter the document ID (2nd entry) to download more than one account from LPL Financial. TT kept blocking text entry when I clicked to the 2nd entry.
...turns out that, if instead of clicking on that 2nd box, you instead TAB to it, TT will accept the document ID and load the desired account info. SHEESH! This year's TurboTax is riddled with stupid problems like this!
