I can't find the personal tab to add a child and don't have the 3 lines on my screen in the upper right by the logo. Help!

Click on My Info on the left side of the screen. Add the dependent in the Dependent section.

Look in the black menu bar to the left of your screen. Click on My Info. Next, you should see +Add a Dependent in blue writing - click that to add the child.
