I can't find the Add a State button on the homepage so I can download 2018 taxes, I need all pages and it shows only 2

The ONLINE  system has permanently closed and is presently in transition from 2018 to 2019 software. 

While the millions of returns are being archived  the PDF download for tax year 2018 will only include the forms and schedules needed to file your tax return.  The worksheets and other pages are not included in the PDF until the 2019 online editions become available sometime in December 2019.

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

OK, so i'm trying to do my 2018 taxes (i downloaded the program onto my computer). It needs my 2017 file but all i can do online is work on my 2019 taxes. It won't let me go to any homepage to look for downloads.
What to do?

You don't have to start by transferring from 2017.  You can manually enter any 2017 info it needs as you go along.  Just start a new 2018 return and continue without transferring.

If you need to transfer like to get prior depreciation you need to download the .tax2017 file.  See if this will help you download the .tax2017 file
