e-file asked me for my AGI and my wifes, but we were married, filing joinly last year (and this year), so I don't know why it's asking for both. My e-file was rejected because my wife's was wrong.
I have done the following:
1. Entered the value in row 11 of our return from last year.
2. Entered 0
3. Tried following the instructions at https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/internal-revenue-service/find-last-year-..., but they reference menu options that don't appear in TurboTax desktop, which is what I use.

For your first attempt I presume you used the same total 2024 AGI for both of you from your original 2024 Form 1040, Line 11--not an amended one (if applicable.) If the first rejection code/message specifically said the"Spouse AGI" was the problem, then that's the person that would have needed to use an AGI of 0. If it were me, for the second attempt after such a rejection, I would have tried using the total 2024 AGI for the Primary Taxpayer and 0 for the spouse. I can't tell exactly what you did with 0, but if you used 0 for both of you, that may be why it rejected again. You didn't provide the rejection error code/message from that second attempt so we are a bit handicapped.
Since the spouse AGI was the initial problem, have you tried using the total 2024 AGI for you and 0 for your spouse?.
Again, this table summarizes the order I would have used in this scenario where the initial attempt was rejected due to a "Spouse" AGI:
| Primary taxpayer | Secondary taxpayer (Spouse) | |
| Initial attempt | 2024 total AGI | 2024 total AGI |
| If spouse AGI rejected, second attempt | 2024 total AGI | AGI of 0 |
| Third attempt, but can depend on the error code from attempt #2 | AGI of 0 | AGI of 0 |
Where do I find my AGI?
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/01/25947
Your 2024 tax return shows your 2024 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.
Form 1040 line 11
If entering the amount from your 2024 tax return does not work, then try entering “0” instead. If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
You can get a free transcript of your past return from the IRS:
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
Note: If you filed late or amended your return, your correct 2024 AGI may not be in the system.
https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1944348-how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online
Note: If you mail your federal return, you will also need to mail your state return. You will not be able to e-file your state return.
it is a good idea to use a mailing service that will track it like UPS or certified mail. Then you will know the IRS received it.
Thanks for those suggestions, but as mentioned in my original post, I've already tried exactly those options and that website. Any other ideas?

If you have tried all those suggestions you will need to mail your return. Here's how: How do I switch from e-file to file by mail in TurboTax Online?
Thanks, this is what I needed.
