I can't find my import file (information) via turbo tax

Once I imported the interest/dividend information from my bank to turbotax,  I received the message read as  "Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to Turbotax".

However, I don't see any interest/dividend information posted on my tax form and there is zero file has been imported via summary page. Do you know why and how does this happen? Where is my import file via Turbotax?  Just FYI, I've already seen the consolidated tax forms from my bank and it even said it can be imported at any time to Turbotax.

folks have been having this issue with Vanguard where the import (incorrectly) reports success but actually failed to get the data, see end of following thread with advice about network access and browser config which may help if having similar issue

It has been fully resolved. The issue was my local network access which was turned off. That was the reason why I couldn’t see my import file. Thanks!
