I can't find line 60b to put in amount owed

Do you mean line 60b on Form 1040, for repayment of the 2008 first-time homebuyer credit? Here's how to enter repayment of the first-time homebuyer credit in TurboTax.

• Click the Federal Taxes tab.
• Click Deductions & Credits.
• Click "I'll choose what I work on" or "Jump to a full list."
• On the screen "Your 2016 Deductions & Credits," under "Your Home," click the Start, Update, or Revisit button for Homebuyer Credit Repayment.
  

This will force you to upgrade to a paid edition of TurboTax Online. You cannot enter repayment of the first-time homebuyer credit in TurboTax Free Edition.
