I can't efile my return because the 3514 form is incomplete. I'm not taking the Earned income Adjustment so how can I get rid of the incomplete 3514?

Why does a 3514 form (Earned Income Adjustment) form appear on my return when I'm not asking for it?

Delete the California Form 3514

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools 

Click on Delete a form

Scroll down to the California tax return forms and schedules
