I can't e-file my CT State Tax. I have mailed in my Fed. Tax. When I try to send state it keeps asking for ID info, which I have filled in for both me and wife. What am I doing wrong?

If you mailed in the federal return you must ALSO mail in the state ... in the FILE tab choose the mail in option.
