I can't create a new intuit account. it says ''Access is denied'' since last week. I tried everything that you suggest in support page but It didn't work. pls help urgent

The most common problem is: If you are creating a new online account, you will have to use a different E-mail address.

Thanks. I already used different e-mail and phone number. I tried 3 different e-mail but it still did not work. Is it because of I am in outside the US maybe?

Yes, you can use it anywhere. You need a US phone number to verify your identity, a US billing address, and a US credit/debit card to pay for the service. You can file with a foreign address, but must meet 1 IRS requirement.
