I bought turbotax in January, and am just signing in. How do I get started? Where do I go when I sign in and get the 'tell us about you... screen?

I just see a search icon and a ? icon at the top. There are no menu choices. At the bottom I see a tab 'you can do it'. What do I do to get started?

It of course depends on how you purchased it.  If you got a CD then inside the jacket you should see instructions on how to install and run it.  If you need more help you should be able to go to TurboTaxHelp.com

As far as an icon on your desk top you should see a red ball with a white check mark with Turbo Tax 2019 under it you should be able to double click it and turbo tax will start.  If not something went wrong with your install.
