I bought TTx Business CD 2016 by mistake. It did not work because I had done my 2015 taxes with TTx Premier. I had to buy TTx Premier 2016 download. Pls Refund $99.99

I bought 2016 TTx Business at Costco.  It would not pull the info from my 2015 return done with TTx Premier.  So, I had to buy the 2016 TTx Premier (download) for $99.99.  Can I get a refund?

You purchased it at Costco?  Return it to Costco.

Well... Thanks for the suggestion....  I found out TTx Business did not work (would not pull the 2015 info done with TTx Premier) after I opened the sealed package, installed it in my computer and found out it was incompatible with Premier.  I will try returning it to Costco but I'm pretty sure they will not accept it.  Also I don't have the original receipt from January 2017...

You can try contacting customer support.  Don't know if they will be able to help you--when you buy shoes at J.C. Penney can you get a refund from Zappo.com?  It never hurts to try.  Do not use the word "refund" in your request--use the word "billing."
