I bought the turbotax bundle in 2016. how can I use the services?

What "bundle" are you referring to? Each year the software is new for the specific tax laws. You have to purchase new software each year--whether you use desktop software installed/downloaded to your own computer or if you use the online program. There is no "bundle" that you could have purchased in 2016 that you can use now to prepare a 2018 return. If you purchased desktop software for a 2016 return, it can only be used for a 2016 tax return--no other year.
