I bought the premier in a store and it is asking how do I want to pay?

How much?  There is currently a 24.99 fee to efile a state return or you can print and mail state for free.  Or you accidentally ended up using the Online web version.  

Did you get Premier installed ok on your computer?

Yes it was for the state fee.  This is first time they done this.

There has always been a fee to efile the state return from the Desktop program.  Early in the year the fee is only 19.99.  It says that on the box and your receipt if you bought the download.  Then the early prices expire and increase to 24.99.  It used to be on March 16 but the last couple years the prices increased on March 1.  

You might have print and mailed state before.    Be careful, if you want the fee deducted from your federal refund there is an EXTRA 39.99 pay with refund charge.
