I bought the CD but my pc system was'nt compatible

Can I get credit for the 79.86 I spent on the CD? I opened the package and when I inserted into drive it said pc was not compatible (too old)

You would need to contact us so we can make sure you don't pay for the product more than once. We'd be able to give you a code, since you're computer's operating system is older, so you will still be able to do your taxes with our software!
