You get one state return Prep, but state efile is extra.

It will not let me do the state prep without paying $44.95

I previously bought deluxe and did my taxes. Then to do my daughters return I needed premier. I deleted deluxe as it instructed me and when it installed premium my return shows up. I paid for one state tax return on my deluxe. Is that blocking my premier copy?
