If you don't have a CD drive, you can still install TurboTax. First,
set up a TurboTax account if you don't already have one with us.
Then, contact us and a Support Representative will push a download
into your TurboTax account. Once your download has been pushed, simply
sign in to My Downloads to download your TurboTax software.

Sign in to your TurboTax account if you're not already signed in.
- Click Contact in the upper-right corner of your screen.
- Ask your question.
- Talk one-on-one with a live TurboTax Expert, CPA, or enrolled agent (requires the PLUS add-on if using Federal Free Edition).
If you're using the TurboTax CD/Download software or can't sign into your TurboTax account, click here to contact us. Ask your question, click Continue, and follow our onscreen instructions.
