I bought a CD from Costco for Turbotax Premier with activation code. It's Windows version. One of my family member uses Mac, how can I download Mac version Premier ?

I never logon my account to download software before, nor bought software from online directly.

The CD has  both the Windows and Mac versions  on it.  Did you install it by doing the download?   The download is os specific.   You have to call in and ask for the Mac download.

Yes, I called the Intuit support line and got help from them, they provided me the Mac Turbotax 2021 premier software so I was able to download it. Thanks to @VolvoGirl for providing the support phone number.

Also the CD bought from Costco NEVER has both version on it, it always only has Windows version. For Mac version software, the phone call is always required.

No the CD always has both Windows and Mac on it.  When you buy the CD you can either install from the CD or use the download method instead.   If you use the download it is OS specific.   And if you install from the CD you can't then install again from the download.  You can't do both CD and download.   See the new info on this FAQ

Unless you bought Turbo Tax Business (not the same as Home & Business).  Turbo Tax Business is only available for Windows not Mac.
