I bought 2 Deluxe . Now those 2 copies conflict each other. I am not able to locate the one I started working on it

First of all, why did you buy 2 Deluxe?  Were you able to install both of them?  You can only install 1 Turbo Tax program.    And your return is not kept in the program but in a separate data file ending in .tax2025.   So you can open the .tax2025 file in any Desktop program even in a different version like Premier.   Are you on Windows or Mac?  

But you only needed to buy 1 version. The Desktop program can do unlimited returns and efile 5 for free. And All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions. And you can install the same program on 5 computers you own.  You should try to get a refund for one of them.

buying a second copy does not allow you to e-file an additional 5 returns. The limit is set by the IRS. Only licensed tax preparers are permitted to e-file more than five returns.  if you are unlicensed and manage to e-file more than 5 returns of any one type, if caught, you would be subject to IRS penalties for failure to register as a tax preparer.
