I believe president trump has signed an executive order that ACA fee will not be deducted, your system doesn't seem to show that.

I've seen several discussions on other forums on this, and the suggestion that some software providers (one is specifically mentioned) will transmit a return for e-file with line 61 blank.    Even if they have made that change that doesn't mean that the IRS  won't compute it themselves, then bill you for it or offset your refund by it.

One discussion is here: http://www.taxprotalk.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=8351

While it seems to be quoted in several sources, it's attribution seems to be to this:  https://www.irs.gov/tax-professionals/aca-information-center-for-tax-professionals

Turbotax has yet to announce if they will make this change.
