I became a lawful permanent resident in 2019 (before that I was F1 for 2 years). I am now filing my 2018 taxes. Should I file as a resident or as a non-resident?

As you were on a F1 visa for less than 5 years in 2018, you must file as a non-resident for tax year 2018.
